WHO IS A CHILD?

The term "CHILD" varies due to the perspective of the user. It is also a counterpart of parent: adults are the children of their parents despite their maturation beyond infancy; for example John, aged 46, is the CHILD of Thomas, aged 73". 

There's this common sentence used In African Homes; Precisely my home, My mom would always yell whenever she's stressed by any of her CHILD "I'm Somebody's CHILD too, I didn't kill my parent with stress so you won't kill me". 

Legal definition of the term "CHILD" ; 


The Convention on the Rights of the CHILD defines a CHILD as "every human being below the age of 18 years unless under the law applicable to the child, majority is attained earlier".

In the biological sciences, a CHILD is usually defined as a person between birth and puberty,or between the developmental period of infancy and puberty.

Some English definitions of the word CHILD include the fetus (sometimes termed the unborn). In many cultures, a CHILD is considered an adult after undergoing a rite of passage, which may or may not correspond to the time of puberty.

Kindness
Compassion
Self-control
Assertiveness
Empathy
Aggression
Resourcefulness, etc 


So i'd put it to you if you possess any of these characteristics which very unavoidable, you are a CHILD. 


Remember every CHILD is a Gift treat them as One.
